I started working with GambleZen Partners in June, and initially everything went smoothly. My first commission payment was processed and paid without any issues.

However, since July/August, I have not received any further commission payments. My Affiliate Manager explicitly told me that the team had reviewed and approved my commissions. Despite this confirmation, no payment was made.

After that, communication suddenly stopped completely. My Affiliate Manager no longer responds to my messages and appears to be ignoring my messages on Telegram. What makes the situation even more concerning is that a colleague of mine is still receiving responses from the same Affiliate Manager.

In addition, several CPA commissions were simply removed from my account without any explanation or justification.

At the moment, the amounts in question are:

€3,213 in unpaid commissions
€340 that is still showing as "Outstanding" and has not even been approved yet
This brings the total amount in question to €3,553.

Unfortunately, there is another issue involving the same Affiliate Manager. He personally recommended Lussurio Casino to me, and I subsequently started working with them as well. I am now experiencing essentially the same situation there: unpaid commissions and a lack of communication.

I have tried to resolve these matters directly and professionally, but I am no longer receiving any response.

I would therefore greatly appreciate any assistance from Affiliate Guard Dog and the community in resolving this situation and obtaining clarification regarding the outstanding payments.

I am happy to provide screenshots, payment records, Telegram conversations, commission statistics, and any other evidence required.

As a novice in affiliate space, I was kinda nervous, but Kingfin made onboarding smooth. The manager helped set up the first canmpaign, and the dashboard is beginner friendly, so there weren’t any issues.

CPA rates in Arabic countries are huge btw, targeting that market and it’s going pretty well. CPA rate for Jordan is $150 as an example
