Hi everyone, I want to share some critical compliance data regarding the WhiteLotto / LottoPark affiliate program that every partner should consider before sending traffic.

Based on official government records from March 2026, this operator is facing severe regulatory crackdowns in several EU jurisdictions:

Poland (Ministry of Finance): Officially blacklisted on hazard.mf.gov.pl.

Greece (HGC): Added to the official illegal operators list.

License Issue: They are operating under a Tobique license, which has zero legal standing in the European Union.

Why this matters for Affiliates:

Payment Seizures: Since they are on official blacklists, EU banks and payment processors (PSP) are legally required to block transactions. This means your RevShare or CPA commissions are at high risk of being frozen.

Domain Seizures: Their domains are being actively blocked by ISPs in several countries. Your traffic will just hit a 404/Block page.

Cloned Network: They operate a network of 10+ identical 'white label' sites using the same sub-standard license to evade bans.
