Cannot recommend adjoe based on my experience.

I've completed multiple game offers exactly as required, only to have rewards denied because they claim they "did not receive the necessary tracking information." Every support ticket has resulted in the same generic copy-and-paste response, regardless of the evidence provided, and requests for escalation or manual review have been refused.

As a user, I have no control over whether adjoe's tracking system communicates correctly with a game. If the tracking fails due to issues between adjoe and the game developer, customers who completed the advertised requirements should not be the ones bearing the loss.

The most disappointing part is the lack of meaningful customer support. Rather than investigating individual cases, I repeatedly received template replies stating the decision was final, with no explanation of what actually happened and no opportunity for an independent review.

If you're considering spending significant time completing game offers, be aware that if tracking fails, you may have no practical way to recover the rewards you earned—even if you can demonstrate that you completed the requirements.
