Affizer Payment Complaint – $18.65 Unpaid
I had an unpaid balance of $18.65 in my Affizer account. I was expecting to receive this payment, but the payment was not made.
Instead of paying my outstanding balance, my account was banned by the manager without resolving the payment issue.
I would like Affizer to explain:
Why was my $18.65 payment not paid?
Why was my account banned before my outstanding balance was settled?
If there was any violation, why was I not given a clear explanation?
I am requesting Affizer to review my account and pay the outstanding $18.65, or provide a clear explanation for withholding my payment.
