Instead of paying my outstanding balance, my account was banned by the manager without resolving the payment issue.
I would like Affizer to explain:
Why was my $18.65 payment not paid?
Why was my account banned before my outstanding balance was settled?
If there was any violation, why was I not given a clear explanation?
