AMAZING offers that convert really well, support is okay - they seem to put effort into it but things often dont get communicated from department to another correctly resulting in miscommunication about advertising policies,delayed or misrouted payouts, downtimes are frequent (tracker outages, ssl errors, dashboard not loading) Their dashboard is absolute garbage but you know what - they simply work for me like no other network. The offers they have just convert, and they convert well and are very profitable for me. and at the end of the day thats what matters.

My Account manager is unreachable after 1 year. I've tried calling, email, live chat and skype over 1 year but never was able to reach him. I successfully ran a campaign for norton that I put a lot of creative effort for the landing page as well as hiring a spokesperson for and pushed a few leads even. When the offer switched to approval only Matt denied me to run it. Turns out the only time he wanted to say anything is to deny me an offer that i've pushed good leads for. How do you expect people to grow on your platform if you refuse to communicate? I regularly push 20k a month with other affiliate networks and had nothing but great experiences with other account managers - yet matt is the only one i've had this negative of an experience with.
