Adludum is an awesome network. I have seen great conversion on USA offers, as well as EPCs. The support is just fantastic! You can contact them any time on Skype. In fact, the support team itself is Dutch and they offer always to help me in creating my landing pages that have to be in Dutch (when I target NL).
