I think that the publisher support at Offershock sucks, BUT they have been paying me almost $1,000 every month since I joined and I cant say that for almost any other network I am affiliated with .All leads appear to be counted as I use my own tracking along side with theirs and I also cant at all say that with a number of the other networks listed on this site (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) . All in all this is an excellent network and I hope it stays that way and they dont let the bottom line effect performance and payouts !
