I was unable to buy traffic from them. First there was a technical problem; the Launch campaign button was missing in step 5. Then I decided to remove previously approved advertising banners from my account. I uploaded different banners 12 times and all banners were rejected. Although I already indicated in the banner itself a direct link to where exactly the transition goes. I deposited $250 into my account, but never used it, all my banners were rejected. It's been a week since I tried to launch an advertising campaign with them. I asked, please, please return my $250 to me. I wrote a letter, twice.
