They switched to CAKE, so Hasoffers is not accurate. They build some nice tools I use like a adserver in combination with a optimalisation tool where I get one link for all showing banners and they optimise the offers based on the verticals I want. Results seem better than doing it myself, but mostly saves me a lot of time

It is almost 10th time that payment is being delayed from adnooka..I was gonna paid on 8th of April but still after 3 days they didnt paid..
Also they are not replying by support tickets which is terrible support i have ever seen with a cpa company..
I hope i will be paid soon..

I worked with CPA era for 3 months - the first month went fine - they paid on time - the second month, they scrubbed a lot of leads with no valid reason - they just kept saying that it had to be that way - so I got paId only two thirds of what was due and it was a fight to get the money from them - they eventually paid only some money 3 weeks late and then the 3rd month they didn't pay at all - no response to emails/skype - nothing - gone ! BE CAREFUL OF THIS NETWORK THEY ARE A SCAM NETWORK - THEY ADVERTISE HIGHER PRICES THAT ARE NOT EVEN VALID - THAT'S PROBABLY WHY THEY TAKE SO MUCH LEADS OFF AND DONT PAY

Best network hands down! Mike is very easy to reach on skype or his cell and ive personally have been working with him for years.when he made the switch over to cashed out media i followed because he has and will always take care of his pubs.

This network is a big scam, they shut down eventually and hung up all the payment calls from their publishes. They also owe me more than 800$ for 2 months of payments. I hate it when such good looking and reviewed networks scam you. I want my money and I will not stop writing this reviews until I am paid.

This network has improved a lot since the last time I tried them.
In 2011 they scrubbed most of my leads for a campaign and all I was told was that the advertiser hadn't paid them so they couldn't pay me. I believe my leads were good so I stopped working with them. That is until last Nov when a friend told me he was making good money with them.
I've been with them for 5 months now and they are very responsive. There is some scrub but it's nothing compared to some of the other networks I've been working with. They don't have many offers but everything they recommend converts nicely and so far I'm quite happy with the results.
