Who says that icubeswire is scam??? It is 100% Legitimate affiliate Network. If you are honest in promoting their offers you will be definitely paid for each and every valid action. And yes Believe me you will definitely get your amount once you reach the threshold and ofcourse sometimes there may be some delay in the payment as it happened in my case.
