This company operates a unique scam that allows them to withhold their publishers commissions by accusing them of violating TPCA/DNC law while refusing to provide proof to the publisher. In the beginning the CEO Toby Macaro from the Philippines presents himself as a legitimate company. He makes you wait 45 days to get paid. And just around the 40th day he will begin accusing without proof of calls that are in violation. He has another guy named Steve posing as a buyer to help complete the scheme. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I can provide you with proof that this company deliberately sabtoges their own publishers by planting TCPA litigants numbers into the portal and accounts of publishers without their knowledge. It's a very planned and executed fraud that has to be exposed to protect an industry.

I've worked with ResultCalls for almost 2 years, and overall I've had a good experience. They offer competitive payouts, have a good variety of Home Services campaigns, and payments were always sent on time. During my time with them, I consistently earned $1,500+ per month, and I never had any payment issues.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 5 is because of what happened recently.

In May 2026, my account was suddenly closed due to what was described as "suspicious activity." I completely respect that networks need to protect their buyers, but I was never told what the actual issue was or given a chance to explain. I was only informed that my account was under review and that I would receive an update in a few weeks.

It's now been over 3 months, and despite reaching out multiple times, I still haven't received any response or update. The lack of communication has been the most disappointing part of the experience.

If anyone from the ResultCalls team sees this review, I would really appreciate a reply or an update on my account status. Even if the final decision is to keep the account closed, a response would mean a lot.

I Can't get anything through compliance review. Rose is awful in regard to any communication. They offer great payouts and what looks like a nice user interface for their publishers but their service for publishers is terrible. I don't recommend using them.
