i dont know what happen with this network and manger my manger was very nice but he is not replying me couple of days i dont know why my payout also pending

I have opened 2 support tickets about a week ago and I didn't receive an answer to any of them yet, which I think is unacceptable. I don't know how they can have such a good rating with this support.
