MarketBay

I have been using them as vendor on their other platform, cashengines.com.
Marketbay is their "cleaner products" affiliate platform. Or at least it was.
They stopped doing business a few years ago and so did I.

From the vendor's side on cashengines, I was getting paid and my affiliates too, but I am 100% sure that the tracking was not completely accurate and so were'nt affiliate payments. In fact, some of my premium affiliates showed me proof about their tracking not matching their sales record on cashengines and I paid these affiliates directly. Also, pending payments that never reached affiliates due to cashengine's sudden stop.
In sum, while being functional, my affiliates were paid by them even though they were sometimes not accurate.

Not paying!!!

"We would like to inform you that the affiliate payout scheduled for August 15th, 2012 will not be issued. We will provide you more information regarding your payments at a later date."

Sean, I searched all over the Internet and haven't found anything regarding a lawsuit against Marketbay. What is your source of information? Could you shed a little more light on this?
As an affiliate marketer I have done over $75,000 in sales with them in the past year and they always pay on time.
