I am the top affiliate on Interserver.net and earned more than $5000 in the last year. All going well, but suddenly in the last three months, I am not getting paid for many of my sales, and some of my sales have been deleted from my affiliate account, and the affiliate support is totally not good you have to wait for a long time

After complete 90 days terms I contacted them, they referred me next month first week, I contacted again they replied me there is nothing pending. I did not found it in default or pending or paid page. They deleted the sales entry from database to not pay to me. They not even checked the screenshot. They paid some times, but why they deleted my sales entry !!!!
