Note to the community and potential partners: Siddika Wadiwala and Faraz Bootwala left behind an unresolved debt from their time running CandyAds Media.

As part of our standard debt collection process, we are notifying the community of this financial risk. To be clear, this public notice is not a sudden claim after 6 years, but our final escalation after years of systematic deflections and ignored private communications.

We hold a signed Net 30 contract (Feb 2020) and their own official spreadsheets explicitly marking our traffic as "Approved." Despite this, they have refused to process the payment, citing everything from "COVID" to "company losses," and are now contradicting their own approved audits.

Closing a company does not erase a verified B2B debt. Please factor this into your risk assessment if you plan to sign any agreements with them.
