Ok, I did get a paypal payment from andes. Right after i recieved it the funds were placed on hold and after 2 weeks the funds were returned to andesnetwork. I asked the lady at andes (Linda) if she was going to reissue payment and her resonse was that "I paid you if you have any prolbem take it up with paypal" so the funds were returned to her now it appears that she will no reissue payment. Does not look good to me. I will post again with any other developments.
