AdZacta closed my account without any prior notice or call and and hold my three months earning too. Can i sue them?

What a SCAM affiliate network!!! I contacted AdZacta support and they keep telling me they pay out only AFTER they receive payment from the advertisers. I still haven't been paid for jan and Feb earnings. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!
