We curate Mindful Activity Kits for Kids which stimulates an open dialogue with their parents about their feelings through engaging activities. We tailor the kits to two age groups: Ages 4 to 8 and Ages 9 to 12. We have two available monthly subscription options in each age group: Intro Kit & Premium Kit.
