I like the offers on their network, the payouts are great for most of the offers and they have a great variety. The tracking seems to be good, I see that they use Hasoffers. Looks like a winner to me so far!

Hi. I work with Chris over at OJQ. Unlike OTHER cpa networks, he never recommends garbage for me to run or treats me like his test network. I only have a small list of under 200k emails I put out a couple times a day, but I still get great treatment. I asked him some questions about mailing and he immediately got in touch with their internal mailers and answered some questions for me about trouble I've been having with yahoo.
