We would like to bring attention to a very disappointing experience we recently encountered in the affiliate industry involving spyrevenue and an affiliate manager named kelvin.
We started our first campaign with spyrevenue on a low testing budget with the mutual understanding that traffic would be scaled once performance and cooperation were confirmed. Initially, 6 conversions were approved, which was later adjusted to 5 approved conversions in the final figures communicated to us. Based on this validation, an invoice was generated directly from their platform as confirmed by the affiliate manager.
We also discovered our account access was suddenly blocked under the claim of a “technical issue.” However, we strongly suspect the account may have later been reused for other traffic, as we completely lost access and could no longer log in. From that point onward, we began receiving different excuses regarding payment.
Despite remaining patient, professional, and cooperative throughout the process, communication became increasingly difficult. We even requested a group meeting for transparency and resolution, but this request was ignored.
Up till now, payment for the validated traffic has still not been made.
In addition, while our traffic was actively running, the offer link was changed without prior notice. Although the Offer ID remained the same, the offer name and routing were changed, negatively affecting our campaign performance and resulting in lost conversions.
After reviewing previous affiliate feedback online, we also discovered similar complaints from other publishers who claimed they were encouraged to run traffic on threshold agreements, only for communication and payment terms to later change after conversions had already been delivered.
Transparency, accountability, and professionalism are extremely important in this industry. For this reason, we advise affiliates to exercise caution when dealing with spyrevenue and kelvin until these issues are properly addressed and resolved.

Mixed experience. CityAds processed my earlier payout requests (496461 and 493009) normally, so the network does pay. But request 545539, created 06.03.2025, has now been stuck "On output" for over a year. My account manager was responsive until around mid-2025 and then went silent. The only reply I've had since was support admitting they are still having difficulties releasing funds, with no resolution and no payment timeline. I've offered to take payment by wire, PayPal, Capitalist, or USDT, whatever is easiest on their side, and still nothing. I would gladly change this review to positive the day it is settled. Posting only because months of direct contact have gone nowhere.

It seems to me that Play Partners is currently offering some of the best conditions for gambling campaigns. They provide everything needed to actively scale volumes at the same time. So I plan to keep running traffic here. And the fact that you can choose different countries for traffic is also really important.

I gave Pushground multiple chances across different GEOs and verticals, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing.

First, I tested Switzerland adult traffic with a proven offer that performs well on other traffic sources. I tested direct link, then switched to a prelander, changed creatives, optimized bids, excluded underperforming supplies and monitored everything through a tracker.

One of the biggest red flags was the significant mismatch between Pushground click statistics and the clicks/visits recorded by my tracker. I contacted support and requested an investigation, but the communication was slow, vague and I never received a clear explanation that restored my confidence.

Then I tested Nigeria mainstream push traffic with a top-performing offer that is actively converting for other affiliates. I'd previously tested these types of offers with another ad network, and conversions came quickly, so I knew what to expect. I tested both a pre-landing page and a direct link to eliminate any funnel issues.

Results:

* Over 300 push clicks delivered.
* Around 250 clicks reached the offer side.
* Multiple creatives tested.
* 0 conversions.

Switching from prelander to direct link made virtually no difference, which strongly suggests the issue was not the funnel but the traffic quality itself.

Support was another disappointment. Responses were often short, vague and sometimes completely absent.

Finally, the refund policy was the last straw. Once my balance dropped below the minimum threshold, I was no longer eligible for a refund, effectively forcing me to spend the remaining funds on a platform I had completely lost confidence in.

I understand that not every campaign is profitable and I don't expect miracles. But after testing multiple GEOs, offers, funnels and creatives, my conclusion is simple:

The traffic quality is garbage in terms of intent, the click discrepancies raised serious concerns, support was poor, and the refund policy left me feeling trapped.

I will not deposit again.
