yMultimedia is my number one CPA network. I personally have worked with them and my experience has been good. I was able to get paid via Paypal for my earnings of around $450 and the payment was prompt. When I had a question, I was able to reach my affiliate manager via AIM and she was really helpful and really nice.

Lidango is one of the top CPA networks. They have a multitude of offers, their affiliate managers are knowledgeable in what they do. If you are thinking about joining CPA networks, I'd recommend Lidango.
