Signed up around half a year ago for Utilities on Push in IN/ID. Volumes are big enough to actually optimize properly. Sometimes moderation isn’t “instant”, but it’s still fast compared to many places

I joined SolCPA expecting professional support and communication, but my experience has been disappointing. My account manager is often online but keeps ignoring my messages for a long time, even when I have urgent questions about offers, tracking, or approvals.
As a publisher, communication is very important. If the manager doesn’t respond, it becomes impossible to work seriously or scale campaigns.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’m tired of being treated like this. SolCPA needs to improve their publisher support and manager responsiveness, because right now the experience feels unprofessional.
