I have been working with AdGem for nearly 2 years and I have received prompt payments every month. However, I did not receive the payment for January 2023 (around $4,7k) and February 2023 (around $4,8k). I have tried to reach out to AdGem through email and livechat within the Dashboard but I have not received any response.
