This company doesn't pay affiliate commissions. As of November 2024, we have unpaid commissions for the last six months, and there was a similar situation previously.
They promise affiliate commissions for life, they seem to track them up to a certain extent, yet they don't pay them.
They don't answer your requests for clarification, but their affiliate program is advertised online as running smoothly, while it is not.
I have attached an image of an affiliate partnership with them. It is not about the small sum; it is about the gesture of not answering to you or any other affiliate.

We joined this network in June 2024 and did over $1500 with them.They promised to pay us and requested for our payment details and other documents for verification which we provided. We got blocked after then and all effort to get back to them prove abortive. We've tried reaching out to them by email but we couldn't get through. We have our own affiliates that we need to pay but we couldn't pay them because of this.

I also appreciate Galaksion for their quick and responsive support team. Whenever I encounter a problem or need help with something related to Galaksion, I can always rely on my assistant to assist me.
