A+ Network

Peerfly is the first ever CPA network that I earned money. I've dealt with many big CPA networks such as Neverblue, Maxbounty and other networks, none have provided the support and high payouts that PeerFly provided me. I reached payout last month, so I will post proof of payment when I receive it around the 30th.

AdscendMedia is the best site i ever came across! I used to use Sharecash.org and i got minimum payouts and they were ripping me off, But with AdscendMedia all i made 5x more money then i made with ShareCash, AdscendMedia.com has great Tracking and Payouts all always on time, The offers have a great payout and Tracking is fantastic you can track the persons IP address, the date, the time and what survey/offer they took. In my opinion AdscendMedia is the best CPA website i have ever stumbled upon. I have proof of an actual payment made to me from AdscendMedia of $2013 on Feb 28th 2011. Woot! Go AdscendMedia!

Same here. I've used Market Leverage for years and have never had any issues. Payments are always done on time, the offer payouts are very competitive, and Mike is one of the best affiliate managers in the industry IMHO - he really wants to help you succeed with affiliate marketing.

Overall Market Leverage is pretty solid.

Adscend Media has always paid on time and has some very competitive payouts. I have been with them for well over a year now and have been totally satisfied with the company.I love using their file/link gateway which other network don’t have, works great for me. I love C2M, it's a great network and I use it often. All of the guys on the team are just awesome, smart, hardworking dudes who love helping their affiliates achieve the success they wan. Ryan is the best AM and gets back to me usually within minutes. One of the best in the industry IMHO. Highly recommended.

I got to say it has been all pleasure working for Adscend Media. Their support team has been very comfortable to work with. Always a quick responds to any question I threw at them. I've made some great coin over the last few months. Hats off to them!

MaxBounty ALWAYS Pays on time, every time... for 3+ years now! They are a great network with quite a variety of offers and their payouts are also very competitive in comparison with others. Also my manager, Mike, is one of the best affiliate managers in the industry in my opinion, and I know him personally.
