Cashmylinks is the best choice for pay per install network for now. They are very friendly, if you have any questions, just ask, and Steve will answer your questions as soon as possible to provide a solution.

And, most importantly, regarding payment, they always pay on time. You do not have to worry about it, they're pretty serious about the payment. And for the November payment, I've got it, although there is a little delay, but it is still reasonable because Christmas and New Year holidays.
