My review about CPA Beyond:

Support is top notch. Always helpful and it's almost instant! haha
Offers are great, but it would be better if they could have more of them. But it's still great! They are converting definitely great. High payouts on dating offers.
Payments: Receiving on time (the max delay was 36 hours and it was a month ago!) payments to PP + no fee :D

Network is really one of the best.

Very good PPI affiliate program, high rates and they pay per request ! I get paid all my money after few hours ;)

I think your credibility is slowly going down, you say one share will be paid on May 15, but later you say advertisers do not pay, you do not pay me

Great network, great support and great tracking platform. If you want better epc than others cpa networks, use Neverblue!
