I have been writing to you since Friday last week but I have not received any response from you until now.So, why do not you answer me?

I think all my messages did not arrive correctly or never reached your email so you could not see them.

In any case, the issue is that I have never received My Payment for the Past January 2018 from Old Platform “Cake”.

Please note that the payment was pending in the old platform “CAKE” and I have not yet reached it although I have set all the settings in the new platform “HasOffres” correctly.

Please note that I have received all my payments on Payoneer from 2015 until 2018 without any problems.

So I set the payment settings on the new platform “HasOffers” on Payoneer as it was in the old platform “CAKE”.

So I think the reason for the delay is mainly due to moving from the old platform “CAKE” to the new platform “HasOffers”.

Therefore, I ask you to resolve this technical issue in order to repair it and be able to resume work normally for this new year without any future delays in payments.
