Like any affiliate program they've done an ok job here with giving the fair payouts and providing enough marketing materials.
Yet, as it always happen with large companies, the customer support requires more training to its specialists and probably some deeper knowledge about how onlline marketing works. At the momnet support is able to answer basic questions that you have if you deal with affiliate marketing for the first time in your life, yet some highly specific answers and numbers that you might need when you dig into details - that becomes a problem.
The rest of it I can't really complain about. If you are able and ready to work hard enough, the payouts are gonna be worth it and the efforts will be rewarded fine in a timely manner.
