Really poor tracking, our statcounter shows higher outgoing hits than what the associatepay panel shows. Bad refund rate, no communication with Richard, really poor overall. 1 in 3 refunded or there abouts. The "thumbs up" on all the positive posts and the "thumbs down" on all the negative ones in this page look ridiculously suspect as with anything this network does.

still owes exactly $2,488 from the 2 invoices below, so long ago they were using their old platform. Finally got him to pay $2,500 after months of begging back in August. Doubt i'll ever see the rest.

I would avoid. He does the classic disappear for months at a time without any response, and then when he comes back still doesn't pay up.

Operation Offers is an exceptional network. I have no clue why there isn't more reviews here. Their offers pay higher than most gaincorp networks, maybe even the highest. They have the "Harris Poll" offer paying $1.60 while some networks only pay $0.90!

Operation Offers also has contest which I don't see anywhere else. I know its very difficult to host contest for an affiliate network because there is little interaction from it members and even their own staff but they try hard to keep publishers interested.

I got paid on a net 7 this month, came right on time.

OO is great, everyone should seriously consider this network.
