We had to email 3 times to get paid and was told we never sent our W9. Once we send that our payment was sent same day.

Not this best network of you rely on weekly or timel payments, but like the other commentors point out theu have some of the best campaigns of any network.

MGCash is a relatively good CPA network with a wide range of offers, which I really like. There referral program is the bomb. Payout has many options unlike other CPA networks. I would recommend it to both advertises and affiliate marketers. Affiliate managers are responsive and helpful. All in all I will give them a 4 because the dashboard is not so search friendly.

Carla De Sa from Adcash contacted me and offered me partnership. We made a deal and i put your codes to my site (for only 50% countries). Carla said after a week you will pay.

I've earned 400$.

But there was no payment and Carla assured me please wait, we will pay.
7 days left, still no payment...

It was first time, i'm testing Adcash, there was delays, because of that i had doubts and I removed your codes and was waiting till you pay.

Every time when i wanted to reach Carla, she ignored me and didnt give me any answers. (Skype+ gmail) After i 2-3 times called her, she blocked me on skype and after 1 minute she blocked my account too.

They are 100% scam.

Do Not Work with them. The company seems to be in financial trouble as payments have gotten worse until the point of not paying invoices from April 2017. My partners and I have over 5000 USD in pending invoices since April.

We heard their bank accounts are frozen so it's possible that they are already in some sort of lawsuit.

In any case their attitude is totally unprofessional and disrespectful, about the time of their affiliates and the time of their staff. It's much better for everyone to tell things straight and not make all of us lose time with bs.

This sector is small, what you give is what you will receive, in terms of attitude and professionalism.

I had to sign an IO before starting.
Got paid on time for the first period. (Prepaid - fixed daily rate) Then when the period was almost finished, we wanted to renew, and got no answers.
We kept the advertising going, and had been trying to get prepaid again for the new period. After 2 weeks, we were told to stop advertising, because the numbers werent looking good.
The kept asking me to change my invoice, because of random things they wanted changed. I stopped the ads after 2 weeks, and now another week has passed, and I still haven't been paid.
