I am writing a review finally, that should have been written by us a long time ago. Finally, after getting another lie as to when I would receive my payment, I think its a good time to get the word out about PointLeads and his scams.

The first time around, he missed out on paying us for roughly three months. When confronting him about it, he simply says that he missed seeing that our payment was due, and that it would be sent soon. Over and over again, I got the same excuses, but didn't get paid when he stated I would be.

Here are a few chat transcripts from him as well as dates...

The first questioning regarding my missing payment was started on 6/2.

Me: I havent gotten any payments from you yet
PointLeads: Yeah i've been getting paid VERY late.
PointLeads: I get my wire on the 6th, of 14,000 from them.
Pointleads: Then I transfer that to PayPal and you get paid.
Me: Im still waiting on a march payment though
Pointleads: For how much?
Me: 255.55 I think
Pointleads: Is that the only one?
Me: nope, let me get the numbers
Me: April 1st, 2011 $255.55 PayPal Pending n/a
Me: May 1st, 2011 $643.65 PayPal Pending n/a
Me: June 1st, 2011 $428.55 PayPal Pending n/a
Me: obviously the 428 one is from this past month
Pointleads: I'll remove those and combine them and pay you when I trasnfer the money over to paypal
Pointleads: total will be $1,327.75
Pointleads: I'll pay you early from the previous month because of the wait.

I started getting more angry and on 6/13 this was said...

Pointleads: And how much have you made so far this month?
Me: total up to May 30(or 31st, w/e that ended on) $1327.75
PointLeads: Have you made anything this month?
Me: $347.65
PointLeads: Okay i'll pay you early for this month as well

And, of course it didn't come, so I started getting furious and on 6-20, heres the new set of responses...

Me: Im sorry, but I have to be an ass when I don't get paid in a timely matter
Pointleads: I don't mind at all. I don't want to keep sounding like i'm coming up with excuses - I just haven't looked over my pending payments and I don't know what wrong
Pointleads: I'm not sure how I misread yours.
Pointleads: You'll be back from my Maxbounty payment for sure, and I'm sorry about the lateness.
Pointleads: be paid*
Me: but you are making excuses... just like with the coding job
Pointleads: Yes they are excuses but i've been going through a rough time lately I would have thought you'd understand.
Pointleads: Although that doesn't make up for anything.

This is also just tid bits of our conversations, but continuing on...

Finally, I got confirmation that he was going to send me an echeck for my total (not including June's payment, although he told me it would be included). June 30th came around, and I did in fact have an echeck from pointleads, but it didnt include my payment for June. When confronted about that, here is what he said...

Me: I see the one echeck, thanks for that... thought you were paying me early for june as well
Pointleads: Oh yes I forgot about that.
Pointleads: Thanks for reminding me.
Me: yep no problem :)
Pointleads: $365.90. I can do that tomorrow or around midnight today waiting on this wire still :/ But I have a $250 limit on my banks debit Card. So i'll have to do $250 today and the rest of it tomorrow. Hope that's not a big deal.

It gets even better now as I did NOT receive that payment from June. So, I got on him again when the 31st of July rolled around as he paid net 30. Even more so, I came on here to find that he paid a ton of affiliates net 20, so I was furious. Of course, when confronted about it, he told me he would pay me Friday, 8/5 as you can see by this chat which was on 8/1...

PointLeads: Your payment will be sent by Friday.
Me: Just wondering, I saw a pic of your payments on affiliatepaying... wondering why some got net 20 pay, but you are late with me again
Pointleads: I already went to the bank today and deposited a check for you which will be clear in 1-2 business days, and i'll send your payment via PayPal by Debit Card.

Of course, no payment was sent on Friday and I am still waiting. However, now he is not responding to emails either.

This is a shameful network set on the basis of scamming and lying and in no way deserves to be rated nearly as well as it is.

PointLeads.com has scammed us and stolen OVER $5,000 from us! Do not do business with this network!

until now I have not receive my payment from Anthony. I can't contact him although I email him every day at admin@pointleads.com. My Id is 470, I'm Lam.I don't know what happen, If you there Anthony, please check and processing my payment now. Or I have to call you are scam network. I work very hard to make that money. Remember that.

He stole my money I closed my site........stay away!

as a followup i still to this date have not been paid a dime he has my kids christmas money

I am owed $1260.45 and it's been a few months already. Now the admin consolidated all my schedule payments into 1 payment instead of separating it out by month.

The offers are good, but what good is having good offers if you never get paid? I am significantly running less offers on here and may need to file with the general attorney if things do not get resolved soon. PointLeads does not seem to be an LLC so the personal assets of the owner can be obtained if he cannot pay out.
