It's no longer the high paying CPA.

I've noticed that most of the top converting and high paying offers such as survey networks, winning surveys, NPD, etc have been removed and also the payout (for most of those thats still there) had been lowered!

Ongo has been lowered from 0.80 to 0.50

Babies online had been lowered from 1.25 I believe or somewhere around that to 75 cents or around that.

so watch out and good luck everyone

Gee where do I start with this fraud of a network? Would it be the fact that they randomly reverse leads then mysteriously delete EVERY page of reversal reports so the users cant see what in fact reversed and when. Claiming it was an accident afterwards. An accident is one page, not all of them. You cant even delete all of them in Gain script unless you go page by page.

Or maybe it would be that they run non incent offers to incent publishers without the publisher knowing just so they could reverse the leads later in the month.

Or better yet, maybe its that they rig contests so they dont have to pay. Things like making sure a site that doesnt even have ads or offers on it wins. Namely a relative of theirs. Need proof? Look at triplesevenvideos.com.

Or maybe its the fact they post user information and slander ex users on their PUBLIC section news page of their affiliate, this breaks their OWN TOS not to mention multiple privacy laws.

Or even still could it be the fact that they have no clue how to even operate their own site. Things like not expiring offers until they have been open for 3 months because they didnt know how to. Or deleting instead of expiring offers thathave already had a completion on them.

Or maybe its the fact that when they first opened I got them more than 40 referrals to help get them launched. Yet today I log in and see all my referrals gone but 2. So i ask them why. Their response is here:

So they deleted accounts that were making more than 1500 a month w them? So of course I questioned this by replying:

and after they realized I wasnt stupid and they had been caught, they say this minutes later:

Now I didnt close my account. So it seems they did. However todayis the 25th and I am still gettingemails and am able to log in. Doesnt sound like closed to me. Maybe I am crazy. But anywhere else, closed means no access.

So again another copout excuse by these very amateur and unprofessional husband and wife team.

Lets see if I can dig up aim logs from where they told me just last week my account would not be closed and that I would continue to accrue referral earnings:

Lastly there is the fact of improperly filled out 1099s to their publishers. Things in the wrong boxes. Money included that was never paid. They even sent the wrong 1099s to some publishers. when asked they simply replied sorry, we mixed them up by accident but we threw yours away. Threw them away? I guess the IRS doesnt care either right?

If you are looking for a knowledged and professional affiliate network, this is by far NOT it. Theymake excuses for everything. hell just go read their twitter @collercash and look at all the confrontational attitudes these owners display when they are confronted with an issue or questioned on grounds of integrity. The wife loves to use her supposed 20 heart attacks over the last 2 years as a pity crutch to make you feel sorry for them. Or she likes to whine to you on aim how its her husbands network but he treats her badly and doesnthelp her. Um when did any publisher begin to care about your personal life. I come to you for income not a Jenny Jones drama show.

So color me confused. If my account was in fact closed, why can I log in still and why do I still have 2 referrals earning me money and they both show on the referral report when the other 40+ now do not? Shady to say the least.

Haha now because I told them I was posting this review here, they have removed all site access. So I will update everyone as to if I am actually paid on time or not. Of course I really cant say i am surprised since this is a common reaction from them whenever anyone questions them on an issue that they cant figure out or try to lie their way out of. My advice is stay FAR away from this not so honest affiliate network.

My ratings. Offers: 2 due to the fact that they run stuff they arentsupposed to allow to incentive sites.

Payout: 3. Usually on time. Late one month of the 3 I did business with them. But they think they are a big network so they charge rediculous fees in order to be paid. Even when mynetwork paid them early with NO fee.

Tracking: 1 simply because you cant track what gets deleted now can you.

Support: 1 if I could go lower I would. Terrible support. yet they send out dailyemails to all pubs trying to tell people how to run their own sites. People who have been in this business longer than OO has. Emails that give false information on limits and how to complete offers. They use personal issues as crutches for pity. All in all support here sucks more than any network ive ever seen. The only thing that separates this network from places like the now defunct CPA publishers, is that they do actually pay. But other than that, all scam networks are the same. Operation Offers deffinately falls into this category.

The funny thing is here is a screenshot after a conversation with them just last week. Just so I would have proof of referral earnings for this month. Now they decide to block my account on no grounds other than personal reasons? because they dont like the way I speak to them is what Sonya claims. Hmm they sure didnt mind how I spoke to them when they were asking me for rate bumps from my own network so they could run my offers now were they? If you dont like us enough to allow an account to remain open when we are one of the major reasons your site is even open due to our referrals when you launched, then you shouldnt be running my offers now should you?

After getting a full time job in early 2010, It's only been a few months that I've been back in the gpt scene. All offers I completed I had never even seen before. Why, out of all the offers I got credit for, did ALL approved offers ONLY from Operation Offers get reversed? All information was real and accurate, all emails were brand new, no tricks or any other funny business took place... on my end of things that is.

Also, why does just about every other person I speak to about this report the same occurrence?

Working with these guys was like working working with children. They were brokering our offers over at LLCPA and all they did was send Proxy fraud. Now if a network owner sends fraud himself how can you trust him when the time comes to pay his own affiliates? Its very clear these 2 children have a lot to learn in this industry.

I ended up banning this company and now they are going around making up stupid lies. The best one is that SCRUBKIT does not work with incentive offers. They said that this is why their scrubkit report is showing Proxies for almost all conversions they got. Who says something like this? I will tell you. Someone who has zero experience and has a lot to learn himself.

Stay away people. I was not going to say anything because these guys are not worth it but after seeing all the lies they are telling I had to let everyone know the truth about this children network.

Dont really know why I am even posting here because all that will happen is another response by them saying this and that and them trying to act smarter than they are. But yet again I have a conflict with this company. I was told after the last instance by Joe, that I would now be receiving net 7 pay w no minimum and no fee. So today is now the 19th so I decided to ask where was my payment from February that was due as I had a lil over $48.00 in referral earnings accumulated to my account. Ok 48 bucks, not a huge deal. I more asked to see if they had planned on keeping their word. So the response I get is this : "we would pay you net 7 payments... but all you have is referral commission which per our tos is paid net 60, so the referral commission will be paid next month.."

Ok so TOS fine. I guess cant really argue the terms cause its their site their rules. I just find it a tad disturbing that in owing me a mere 48 dollars, my refs made OO over 2k that month at 2%. Ive never once heard a network reward their members for referring by making them wait 2 months to get paid. It seems like everytime you talk to either of these 2 people the story always changes in some fashion that allows them to hold on to peoples money just a lil bit longer. Sure makes me regret paying them early from my network. One would think if you want people to refer for you, that you would take care of them right. That doesnt ever seem to be the case with OO.

Im sure the response they provide here will be something along the lines of name calling, or a how dare you say bad things about us, or the most famous one they always like to sling at people which would be a medical condition. Either way, I think its pathetic the way they treat those who referred many to their company and helped get them off the ground. Referral earnings or not, no one should have to wait 60 days to get paid. If you dont want people referring, then dont have referral rates and dont pay people to post a review as yall have done in the past if you dont plan on paying these people for getting others to use your company. Ill hold my breathe and see if I get paid on it next month I guess or if i am to get yet another copout reason why they wont/cant pay even though my own network paid them early and reversed not a single offer on them, unlike what they have done to me and countless others.

I am a gpt site owner and i am a publisher in Operation Offers Affiliate network.

My most earnings resides there and i am in need of the money , so i was gonna request net 7 payment..But i was in need of 10$ more to attain min balance for net 7.So they said they can't pay net 7 and i even said that i can add money to the balance via paypal so that i can attaint the min balance for net 8 and withdraw but they didn't agree that too.and said they will pay on net 15

But that's not the matter..

I emailed that to close my account after i get all my payments..
They replied that then i should wait 60 more days to get my last month payment WHATSSSSS THAT?? if they wanted to lock the earnings , they should have done for this month only...

I even said them to cancel my request of closing my account but they said i need to wait net 60 for the payment..I said i will not close my account and will be active like before but i need the payment on net 15..THEY STILL DONT GET IT !!!!

I REALLY NEED THAT MONEY ...

They are now not replying at all...I think they blocked me ..Very good professionalism !!

I used Operation Offers when Ed got me to sign up. The rates seemed good and they had offers that other networks did not have. It seemed too good to be true, and it certainly way. This network, picks up the offers other networks indentify as dangerous and will thus refuse to. However, Operation Offers will pick up random offers from tiny companies, which will later issue blanket reversals on the offers. This means that everything will seem great in the beginning, they EVERYTHING will reverse. The support by the owners is also terrible, they do not bother to check anything on their end and instead blame you for failure to comply with the requirements set by advertisers who never had the ability to pay the rates promised (too good to be true).

Then, you will get reverals on many many things and emails almost every day about new cheaters. Instead of emailing all the publishers, why not just ban them from accessing the offers on Operation Offers and contacting the other networks to do the same?

Finally, Joseph and Sonya are the most paranoid people in the entire industry. They think every lead must be thoroughly hand checked since every lead is very likely to be fraud. I used to run a lot of their campaigns, but after all the problems with them and their lack of judgement on which are STABLE and reliable offers to pick up, I have decided to stop using them altogether and instead use the many other networks which are far better.

My advice is this, if your network cannot even do its basic job of picking proper and reliable offers, why would you stick with that network? It will just cause you problems and waste your time.

Consider this my request to terminate my account with Operation Offers.

Honestly, who keep putting thumbs down to payment proofs -- wishing some would get a life or get it over already
