if they need it for own satisfaction so whats . Have you any problem with your own identity ? i dont think it is big issue .Networks do it when many peoples join from same country at same time . and send same traffic .

I don't handle the applications, but here are a few things that could have caused this request.

Your information may not have been matching up. You'd be surprised to see how many publishers sign up with addresses in countries that don't match up with the IP the sign up form came from.

This can also be a proof of address. We've gotten countless applications where the address given is an open corn field in North Dakota.

It could be never true , Dank cash is my best felt network . They are real guys , Raquel is very nice Lady and admin i know her . She paid my least USD which was pending to her network . Payment was near about 1.4K USD and i got paid my each buck .
