Contrary to what they say, there is no accounting department, there is no compliance department, there is no customer service department, there are (technically) no account/affiliate managers. They have a core staff of 3 – 6 people on average, and everyone does everything. They consistently return the majority of leads generated as fraud. Easily half of their offers do not perform, or perform badly. Customer service is atrocious, with staff sometimes being told to completely ignore questions being asked and to push their own agenda instead. It is company policy for staff to not answer the phone, even though there are direct phone lines.
