I have been trying to contact this network for over 6 months with no replies - via email and phone.

From all the reviews they seem to be a legit network. Who is everyone speaking with?

I am both a publisher and advertiser.

Anyone got July commission? I have been trying to contact Stacy, my affiliate manager, but no response so far. I don't know why.

Ran traffic in july and never got a payment. Emailed my manager and advised it would go out oct 1st and no check yet and my account still shows an account balance.

I've had 2 big issues with this network. One being non-payment and 2 lack of timely support. My AM (who I won't mention a name) never seems to respond in a timely fashion, and if she does it's never her who responds it's somebody else who she forwards messages to. I wish I could just forward a message and get paid to not answer it. but the real reason I'm on here is because I haven't got paid. Now when I do, I will quickly amend this review and change it to a positive but the issues I have are the following. They are on a net30 for weaker affiliates like me which I have no problem with. The problem I have is when I don't get paid on time after having to wait the net30. and honestly even then I could allow for some room if things were ever explained. BUT THEY WEREN'T. I emailed them on october 6th about august's commissions asking when I would get my check. they respond with the advertiser has a problem with your leads. I have to email them to get that response? first if they had such a problem with them...why wasn't I ever notified? fishy. So then i say, go ahead review them. fast forward a week and the excuse is still the same. For 26 leads I have no idea how it should take this long to "review". A delay tactic, I dont know? They seemed like a reputable company but the more time goes on, the more less I think of them. If things do change though I will change my review.

I am disappointed with this network. initially my AM Jason helped me, but its now 10 days he didn't reply my mails. i contact to their Publisher@ email address also, still no response.

i have Earned 1020$ with them, and waiting for payout. at least they must have answered my emails. All i want is reply of my emails
