I did. Still no reply.. I think they are going to close their network soon.

Do not despair… Try again and again… You will get their attention… I they have any money left in the bank that is… But as a rule of thumb do not trust any network that has chosen to switch to Cake Marketing tracking platform lately as they mostly did it for the wrong reason : its enchanced scrubbing capabilities… Bunch of thiefs out there making a good living out of ripping off affiliates… Snapvertise just one of em…

Adnan Azfar Reply:

Thanks for the reply again! They seem to close everything. I have filed a complaint against network on BBB. Let’s Hope They Get back to me.
You said it right, never to trust new network, I am facing sort of same situation with Fluxads..

Sean is a thief posing as many different people inside the company. Worst CPA program that I have ever had to deal with. You simply will not get paid unless you hound them on their Twitter page. And even THEN you only have maybe a 60% chance of them actually sending you your rightfully earned commission. I\’ve promoted a few of their offers on Bing PPC and spent $1600. I\’m owed around $4400. I got in touch with Sean after hounding him publicly on Twitter. He promised to pay me via Paypal. He sent me much less than the $4400, and the amount he sent even had a large chunk taken out for Paypal fees. I haven\’t been able to get in touch with him since! Stay far away from these scamsters!

Hey Sean!

I hope all is going well with you. I have been trying to get in touch with you for around a month and a half now. I’ve left you many voice mails, emails, and AIMs, but I haven’t received a response. Please get a hold of me ASAP.

Have not been able to join them for the same time… It seem that they have lost Google as an advertiser see link taken from a recent newsletter sent on behalf of one of their major web properties :

http://tffnewsletters.com/freestuff/canada_0920.html

maybe thats why they are broke and hide in the cubard instead of paying their affiliates. Anotherone bites the dust thanks to Google?

Hi Sean!

You said you’d get in touch with me Monday, and that didn’t happen. Then you said we would jump on a call today, and that didn’t happen. Are we ever going to talk?

The only way you can get their attention is by twitter

They get back quick to stop you from publicly making them look bad but money has not came in to this day 🙁

I’m sorry to have to leave a negative review on this one but I believe that in these uncertain times, when every affiliate second network files for bankrupty and not the smallest ones (Copeac, Neverblue, Azoogle and the like) the smaller networks such as Snavertise that depend heavily on the aforementioned bankrupt network for their own revenues become susepect whenever they start acting like they are acting right now.

I have not received payment for last month (august 2012) and I tried to join them by email sending a 1st, 2nd and 3rd payment reminder all through this week. Tried to get a hold of my AM Erik Maddeaux (yes the same “seasonned veteran” known to register domain names in bad faith see : http://www.cira.ca/assets/Documents/Legal/Dispute/2008/00116-bowring.ca.pdf)
Result = no reply to my emails, no reply to my voice messages left on answering machine.
Tried to reach Sean Sutherland Business Development Director
Result = no reply to my emails, no reply to my voice messages left on aanswering machine.
Last pay period, I did acheive getting overdue payment. (thank you) This time I’m starting to wonder if there is anybody alive in this company anymore or if they just went bankrupt in the meantime.

I just want to note that this is the only time I have ever written a negative review for an affiliate network. I have been doing affiliate marketing since around 2005 and have never had a problem with other networks.

I have a free, non-incentivzed website in the paid survey niche that currently earns over $200 per day with various other networks. While searching for more offers to add, I came across SnapDollars, which is exclusively on Snapvertise. It looked like it would do well on my site, so I signed up to Snapvertise to promote it. There isn’t a lot of information on Snapvertise floating around, so I had to go out on a limb and try them for myself.

First, there are several red flags for this network. They don’t offer free ACH, only wire transfers with high fees. Also, they don’t offer Paypal. Regardless of what excuses they use (including fraud-related issues), the fact of the matter is that just about every other serious affiliate network offers those options. In addition, they have net-30 payment terms to begin, so you have to wait an entire month to receive your commissions at first.

With all of this under consideration, I decided to send them a small amount of traffic just to reach the commission threshold and see if they paid. I exceeded the threshold in May and was supposed to receive a check at the beginning of July.

My affiliate manager is Erik Maddieux. I contacted him once back in June just to inquire about payment terms. It took him a week to reply. I replied to him to ask about alternative payment methods. I got no reply to that email. I have since contacted him 3 times via email about this specific non-payment issue and have not received a reply. I have left several voicemails and still have not received a reply. I contacted their general automated support phone number and was transferred to a voicemail for a guy that says that he will be in and out of the office all throughout FEBRUARY! So he hasn’t changed his voicemail in 6 months!

My personal experience with this network is exactly why you only send a little bit of traffic to hit the commission threshold to see if they pay. Maybe everyone’s experience is different (YMMV), but I just wanted to give a little bit of insight so others wouldn’t have to join blindly like I did.

Hi Chad,

I am extremely sorry that you have had a bad experience with SnapVertise.

I will try and go over all of your issues.

ACH: As we are Canadian, it is not easy for us to set-up an ACH account after 9/11 – Rules became tighter and it is difficult for Canadians to have their bank open US based accounts. However, your post has given me a though of something I can do. I will update all affiliates if and when we can offer ACH.

US Dollar accounts are no problem. Just actual accounts located in the States are. This is why we are unable to do ACH. If we could, I would LOVE to. We can do wires easily, and I can even offer free wires if there is a conversion from USD to another currency. If you have a minimum of $500, I will even offer you a special no wire fee 😉 Just let me know your email on file with us. Hopefully that helps solve a bit of the sting of not getting a reply from Erik.

I have to admit, the voice mail is mine! DOH! I feel like a goof-ball for that one – but you have to admit, it is kind of funny. We are changing phone service so it will be changed once the switch over is made… in about a week or two.

I hope that helps. Email our new ticket system at support@snapvertise.zendesk.com

Been working with Snap for about 6 months. No payment problems whatsoever. Payment terms were a little slow to begin with, but when I upped my volume on a number of offers it was no problem getting weeklies.

They have beat a number of prices on offers from other networks and have worked with me getting caps raised.

I wouldn’t suggest to newbies as they aren’t babysitters, but if you have a clue and been around check them out and consider adding them to your arsenal as they will bend over backwards for those putting in the effort.

For those commenting scam it is pretty obvious you have never worked with them or you yourself are the scammer and were booted from the network.

support is hard to maintain contact with.
Staff is unknowledgeable.

Their advertisers pay then net45, they mail checks net25,

Check min $50 – free
ACH to US, CA, AU, UK min $500 – $2.50 charge per deposit
Wire transfer min $1000 – $30 charge per

from what i have seen it is managed by 2 individuals, Sean and shamiso.

Hi Tom,

How would you know what our payment terms are with advertisers? Even if they were net45, this is bad why? Because we payout to publishers before we get paid?

Hello,

Snapvertise is also a best network
I have been working with them more than 7 Months I Dont have single problem with them until now

They are perfect network why because

1. Good Customer support
2. Payments are made with out fail
3. They work hard to get new high converting offers every month
4. High Paying Offers

The only sad thing is they doesn’t have paypal payments where checks take time to arrive and 21 days for encashing it

Reply

sean Reply:

Hi,

We do not offer paypal simply because of the amount of fraud by publishers that want paypal payments. It really sucks for the real publishers.

We do offer direct deposit or wires though. $500 minimum weekly and $1K minimum monthly.
