mundomedia is a great network to work on.IT always pays on time and but my experience while talking to affiliate manager(jason chan) was not so good he doesent replies quicky and sometimes doesent reply at all

I didn't receive my payment in January, No submitted, No paid.
What happened?
Pls help me check it.

I haven't recieved my October payment yet. The November payment was also sent after so many emails.

They say they released my check but it isn't showing that in payment history. They fail to reply and only reply after four or more emails.

I asked them to pay by paypal but they say it is not their policy( because they actually have to pay via paypal and can't make any excuses there).

Last night Arjun said that I should change my payment method as wire and I tried to change but my payment setup was disabled.

My money is less and that's why they don't care much. But I saw a big affiliate also got in some problem with them.

A friendly advice to newbie affiliates: "Don't join this network).

Yes am agree with you i have also $800 // 60 days past due. Unresponsive to emails and phone calls.

Great site, super support LOVE my Affiliate Manager Arjun, he is super nice and responds very quickly to any problems I have. Payments are sent by the 15th of every month! Mundo offers Silverpath, as well as many regular campaigns great for my quiz site

Posting payment proofs for last few months, will post this months as soon as it comes in

I hate having to post on here, but i cant seem to get any response from my AM & there is a large amount of money past due on this account 90+ days past due...... Attached is screenshots.

So here is the story. We have been working with mundo media since we opened in September of 2011. We had not really done alot of business with them, as we had primarily been an incent network & mundo does not have alot of incent offers. Well in September 2012 we started adding in non incent offers & have been attracting non incent publishers ( social, blog, newsletters, email marketing & search). We have also been doing internal traffic marketing thru our exclusives and thru the newsletter of our exclusives. We started running the mindspark browser installs on our network at the end of november & sent about 4K in leads to them in december & over 7K leads in Janaury. While we were running these offers - we received absolutely NO communication from our AM or anyone else about quality issues. Also these offers were specific to a browser installation & credited when the browser tool was installed on the toolbar. They had browser specifications as to what browsers they were targeting. We watched the sites that were running the offers to make sure that the offers were indeed on the sites & the sites had good alexa rankings. The blogs the links were placed on were also showing up with the links like they should. We did not mask any referral url & this is not a proxy issue or duplicate lead issue. They even admit in an email they sent ( see screenshot for the emails) that the advertisers were reversing a very large number of leads for MANY of their publishers. All the emails we have received from them are attached. We have tried calling them internationally to try to get payment, and talked to arjun once on the phone, where he told us he would look into this & get back to us. Other than that the phone calls go to voicemail. We have his skype, but he does not respond on that. The emails are virtually never responded to. We are just trying to get paid the $6076.69 that is due on this account. And yes that is after they removed OVER $5K in leads from the account balance. YES THEY REVERSED 50% of our leads on the mindsparks and have not given us a reversal report & admittedly say the advertiser is reversing a rather large number of leads with no real reasons given except fraud.

This is what makes CPA networks go down. Greedy companies like mindspark who decide that they want to increase their profit margin and not pay for a ton of leads. Then it affects the networks they worked with directly - as they have to either eat the losses or reverse a large number of leads from their publishers. This usually ends up causing the publishers to stop working with them, as anyone who pushes offers has to spend money to get the leads & if they have already spent the money and then get told they are not getting paid... well they dont like that. Well this in turn affects the indirect publishers as they get hit hard & have to find other sources. There is enough money to be made in affiliate marketing for everyone - WITHOUT having to do shady stuff. Im not saying that mundo media is doing anything really shady. But i can say they have obviously been hit by some shady advertisers & this is affecting them. The AM at mundo are not returning phone calls or IM's or emails & we have outstanding debts from 90+ days out. Prior to this it took us 90+ days to get the previous payment that was due to us & we had to contact someone who was not our AM to get this resolved.

Im hoping that the payment issue we have with mundo is not a sign that another major network is in the process of tanking... but it is obvious that there is issues with getting payments from them as this is the 2nd time they have been 90+ days past due on our account & to get paid is like pulling teeth....

Update... we did get paid USD 4,383.53. However this still did not pay the account in full, as there is a missing $1693.16. The response was that they would look into it. So still waiting for the rest of the payment....

MUNDO is a great network and always paid on time. In this month, I have received more than 1.65K from this network. Edwin is a great manager I've ever worked with, he always answered all my questions and helped me earn more money. MUNDO is a professional network.

The Most AM friendly network my AM treats well and he is really easy to ask any personal or professional questions always ready to answer. they have nice collections of high converting offers and i am already running few of them with good conversion rates.

I did not recieved my December Check till now, I sent many emails to AM but didn't get a single reply, it was really heartbreaking. If the AM still keeps this attitude, I will often come here and reveal what the network did to me. I will post the same things on other forums as well. Upon seeing this, I hope the AM contact me as soon as possible, my name is Daniel Bumbalo.

i am fati from north Africa. I have been with mundomedia from the beginning of last year and have been never been disappointed. They use a propitiatory software they designed and are always improving on it. The reps are always on spot and helpful, and very very informed.

The tracking on mundomedia is one of the best I have ever seen! I have never once had any issues with tracking from mundomedia which is why I will stay with them till the end.

They are always on top of offers as well. So they send out daily emails with all new offers, down offers and rate changes.

i can't speak enough about the support because nothing to say more than woow and super manager assistance is available specifically Mr arjun my affiliate manager .
thank you arjun and mundomedia to get me understand the true meaning of affiliate networking.
Payments are always on time!

What else can I say they ROCK!
recommend to join this lovely network and will never be disappointed.

I'm sorry. because I have said that I have not received my payment. I received my payment. because I had to wire them wrong information. and now I have received money from them.

I'd definitely recommend MundoMedia which IMAO is the best at the present. I used their network for three and a half months, they always paid me on time and I'm very happy to work in their network as a publisher. This is very good network to earn money from your website or blog. Highly recommended.

I really like Mundo Media, they have a number of great free trial offers to market and I have been paid many times on time by them.

The best thing about Mundo Media is there customer support. JP Ramos has been a wonderful affiliate manager at Mundo Media for all my campaigns. If you are looking for an AM that is knowledgeable, friendly, proactive and delivers with no hype then that's JP Ramos.
