Sean, I searched all over the Internet and haven't found anything regarding a lawsuit against Marketbay. What is your source of information? Could you shed a little more light on this?
As an affiliate marketer I have done over $75,000 in sales with them in the past year and they always pay on time.

Actually it makes sense if he's a full time marketer, I have made well over $200/day off such products(200X365=75k). Mb's refund rate sucks though, like almost 40% lol.

75000 dollars is fully possible, so no doubt. Our team made more than this in commission during the last 12 months, thanks to Marketbay and Associatepay. Its all about finding the right crowd in specific countries.
At the moment, we have a hard time finding any new good sites to promote, since both MB and Associatepay has closed their business.
Does anyone have good alternatives? We need help!
