I’ve been with this network for just over a year and can confidently say they’re one of the best. The support I get from Michel is top-notch—she’s responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. On top of that, payments arrive like clockwork. Very happy to be working with them.

Honestly, reading these comments, they look like fake reviews from competitors! Our team has been working with this network for a year now, and everything’s been great. Sure, we’ve had different kinds of traffic — some better, some worse — but the guys at EPCERA have always acted professionally and paid on time. So in my opinion, these reviews are just scams and slander!

Terrible experience with EPC ERA Affiliate Network
Working with EPC ERA has been extremely disappointing. Here are the main issues I encountered:
Terrible support – The support team is extremely slow, responses take days or even weeks, and most issues are either ignored or poorly handled.
Low conversion rates – The same offers perform significantly better on other networks. Here, both EPC and CR are much lower, and campaign optimization barely helps.
Delayed payouts – They promised Net 7 payments, but in reality, payouts are delayed up to a month, which is unacceptable for stable traffic management.
If you’re considering working with EPC ERA, think twice. There are far more reliable affiliate networks with fair conditions, responsive support, and timely payments.

I am simply shocked by the awful experience I've had with your affiliate program and your support team in general! It's absolutely unacceptable, how can you treat partners like this?!

First of all, your affiliate program is just a complete disaster! Promises of high earnings and support for partners are just empty words. I've invested a ton of time and energy into promoting your products, and what do I get in return? Practically nothing! Not a single decent response from your team, not a single concrete action to improve the situation.

And the support... oh God, I don't even know where to start. You've probably hired the most incompetent people on the planet! They not only don't solve problems, they exacerbate them! Support is what customers pay for, not something they should have to fight for.

I am extremely disappointed in your service and deeply offended by you as a company. After such an experience, don't even think that I will turn to you again or recommend you to anyone. You've lost not only me, but also your reputation.

Great guys, used to work with sweeps before, now I work with them on FX, very satisfied with the conversion.
