I am simply shocked by the awful experience I've had with your affiliate program and your support team in general! It's absolutely unacceptable, how can you treat partners like this?!

First of all, your affiliate program is just a complete disaster! Promises of high earnings and support for partners are just empty words. I've invested a ton of time and energy into promoting your products, and what do I get in return? Practically nothing! Not a single decent response from your team, not a single concrete action to improve the situation.

And the support... oh God, I don't even know where to start. You've probably hired the most incompetent people on the planet! They not only don't solve problems, they exacerbate them! Support is what customers pay for, not something they should have to fight for.

I am extremely disappointed in your service and deeply offended by you as a company. After such an experience, don't even think that I will turn to you again or recommend you to anyone. You've lost not only me, but also your reputation.
