The apps here aren't just free, they're unlimited. You won't make it far without getting tagged, but they always report that the traffic has stopped and quickly provide a replacement app.

The choice of countries is quite large, I still settled on Tier 1 GEOs since my traffic generated the most profit for me there. I think things are going well with other regions as well, I just didn't really test them all that much. As for everything else, these guys are great, they provide excellent conditions for my campaigns
