These people never answer their phones, I call them every day twice a day, they never answer their emails, I email them daily , they are too good for us they do not need our business, stay far away from bluephoenix network. they should at least have skype or aim or answer their dam phones
I am trying to find out if you got my w9 or not yet did you guys?

they always paid they just have very bad customer service and only pay once a month they have a pretty good interface if you do not mind a network with no one to call or talk to on im then join them

Congratulations on your acquisition of BlinkAds! I just started running more International and LatAm offers and am exited to get some from you guys.

I've always admired your team and as a network owner, its great that I'm not the only one that stands up to all of the fraudulent affiliates out there. Its unfortunate that they pollute our industry and now they try public pressure to con you into paying them. Sucks but, we have to keep stop them! Lets set up a meeting at LeadsCon!

I've worked with Blue Phoenix for years driving search to their offers and have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Amy is a true industry leader. Keep up the good work guys!

This is a scam network, they owe me around $5000 and do not answer the phone or emails. I have tried to contact them dozens and dozens of times about my payment and they do not respond.

I join this network last year and run some incentive offers on my site, I run 4 months, last 3 months they do not complain any traffic quality, they stop pay me. I phoned them but no reply from accounting dept. I ask my AM he told me dont worry they will pay soon. I wait for 6 months then stop promote offer site and buy traffic from adstation, they ask me to recover my site, after 9 months and do investigation. They never inform me the result. If they do not satisfy, why didnt they tell me stop promoting the offers, they said okie but not paid.

I lost commission 3 months, just 1400 buck, I buy traffic about 600 buck. I suggest you guy do not promoting this nw.

Blue phoenix malaika and Amy are lead shaving traffic thieves. They will let you run a month and a half then shut down your account claiming fraud. They are arrogant and ignorant. Not to sound sexist but they are the reason I will not run with companies owned but greedy chicks.

I have had a great experience with Blue Phoenix and have been working with them for over 2 years. We have never had problems getting paid and our AM is always a help and on call. They have great offers for EDU including some of their own and always have a branded pharma offer in their network as well. I dont really have anything bad to say about them to be honest. Great company

I have found Blue Phoenix Media to be a great smaller network to work with. The have great EDU offers and other branded offers that most other networks dont have. I speak to my affiliate manager once a week and he does tell me what is new and working well with his other publishers. I have been working with them for 3 years and they always pay.

Blue Phoenix Network is def not a scam as I have been paid multiple times from them and I have had no problems at all so far. My AM is always kind and ready to assist me.

Exactly what are their payment terms? I was under the impression they were Net 30; I am waiting for my first payment to be processed, much less sent, well past Net 30. I have tried calling and emailing, with little success; I have no CLUE who my AM might be, and would love to receive my check rather than the short and snotty email response I got from "accounting". Less than impressed, so far.

I meant to update this and simply forgot. I DID receive that check I was waiting for finally from Blue Phoenix. I still wish the support was better (I suppose this part of the experience is different for everyone; I still have no clue who my AM is or if I even have one) but they did pay me and I am still using them, and offers are converting pretty well for me.

You don't have an AM. Nor are employees allowed to provide customer service.

Blue Phoenix Network - It Is Definitely Not a Scam! I've enjoyed being an affiliate of them and am very happy with prompt payments and extra money in my pocket every month.

Blue Phoenix Network is not a scam. I have made about $70k with them and been paid every time on time, I have never had a late payment and my affiliate manager is very friendly & helpful unlike the other networks that are not available all the time for my questions. I give Blue Phoenix Network A+++
